Lovely lemon-curd and tarte-au-citron aromas with hints of spring flowers. As ripe as it is elegant, with a silky mid-palate for Chablis, but everything fits together very neatly. Long, mineral finish with a hint of oak tannin giving it some firmness. From an almost 5-hectare holding in the steep part of this site.

A whiff of the exotic that includes lychee and passion fruit is laced with floral and lemongrass wisps. The caressing and round if not especially dense middle weight flavors exude a subtle minerality on the focused and lingering finish. This stylish effort will need to develop better depth to merit the upper end of my predicted range.Barrel Sample: 89-92

This brisk white walks a line between crisp and rich, creating tension to display lemon, apple and mineral flavors. Balanced and lingers, with notes of lemon verbena on the finish.
