A bright cherry pink, this Tavel rosé shows aromas of ripe strawberries and blood orange. On the palate, this complex and balanced wine has notes of anise, grapefruit and pomelo with a mineral streak. It has good length. Pair with seared tuna, grilled fish, tomato salad.

Although this is pale for a Tavel rosé, it is an exceptional wine for the appellation! Brimming with strawberry, redcurrant and peach aromas, this is very fresh and vivid on the medium-bodied palate, building to a long, elegant and mineral finale. From organically grown grapes.
