Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc (2021)

The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is intense and vibrant. The nose is open, appealing and expressive, with ripe
passionfruit, white peach and a hint of lime. The palate is deliciously concentrated and tropical, underpinned by nectarine and blossoms. Saline notes bring structure, while passionfruit and vibrant
citrus acidity bring balance. The compelling finish encourages you to take another sip, and then another. It also hints at the rewards of keeping a bottle aside for a future special event - if you can wait, that is.

Sauvignon Blanc is a natural match for almost any seafood. Some of our favourites at the winery include tempura oysters, locally-caught sashimi, and steamed mussels with garlic, citrus and parsley.

It’s also a great match for green salads and goats’ cheese. A hint from us: if it goes with lemon, it goes with Sauvignon Blanc.

Intense and fresh, with green apple, dried pineapple, candied ginger and lemon curd flavors that show a hint of ripe melon, followed by details of lemon verbena on the finish. Drink now.

This is really perfumed, with fresh guava, grass, papaya and bitter-lemon aromas. Full-bodied with tangy acidity and an oily and creamy texture. Crisp finish. Always attractive.
