The garnet red color with very clear and shiny purple reflections already sets the tone. The nose is instantly explosive with a strong presence of small fresh red fruits. After aeration, the notes of red fruits gain further momentum, then sweet spices such as cinnamon and cardamom, gray pepper dominate; then black fruits finish to complete the aromatic palette. A beautiful complexity.

The mouth does not disappont; from the attack, flexibility dominates. The aromas of sweet spices prolong the perceptions of the nose. Very beautiful tannins bring velvety and give relief in the middle and at the end of the mouth. The finish is long and has a beautiful balance, without heaviness. This very delicate and sweet wine can be opened now and up to 10 years, if you prefer that spicy notes dominate. It will be associated with red meats, a grilled lamb with herbs or a roasted rabbit.
