Double Canyon Cabernet Sauvignon (2020)

This wine is our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon from Columbia Valley. The fruit is sourced from the prestigious Horse Heaven Hills and Red Mountain appellations. Warmer than other growing areas, the vineyards are cooled by persistent winds that comb across the desert landscape.

Impactful deep cherry aromas with hints of vanilla, dark chocolate and clove open your mind to the tasting experience to ensue. The first entry to the pallet is silky smooth, brimming with notes of ripe blackberry and tart currant, and finishes with toasted vanilla, oak, and baking spices. With approachable tannins, the finish is lengthy and subtle. Pairs nicely with hearty meat dishes such as roasted lamb with grilled asparagus or for a meatless pairing try it with eggplant parmesan.
