Ripe and sweet dark plums, blackberries and blueberries with a hint of dark-spice and cocoa-powder savoriness. A succulent, fine Rioja with fine-grained tannins that spread evenly across the medium-to full-bodied palate. Traditional, but bright and vibrant, showing potential for aging.

Deep violet-red in the glass, this wine has a nose of black cherry jam, tar and black olive paste. There is a nice mix of savory and fruit flavors including black olive paste, dried Mediterranean herbs, black currant and blackberry. Muscular tannins coat the tongue and gums and drift away very slowly.
