Mairena Ocasión Sauvignon Blanc (2020)

It’s an excellent exponent of its varietal. It’s a particularly fresh wine, excellent pair for relaxing lunches and elegant nights. In nose the citric aromas together with herbals and rue impact, surprising by the end with tropical fruits notes. In mouth it predominates the pink grapefruit together with the natural acidity of the grape that makes it distinguished and nervous at the same time, always friendly, with a long and very refreshing finish. Alone or pairing classic fish and seafood or with innovative matchings as creamy soups, semi-hard cheese, terrines, roasted vegetables and vegetables lasagna.
