Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon (2020)

During blending, the winemaker looked to other complimentary varieties, like Petite Verdot and Zinfandel, to enhance the Cabernet’s deep colors, supple silky tannins, and flavors of vibrant black cherry, candied blackberry, with a hint of coffee, dark chocolate and spice – all leading to a lingering and delightful finish.

Spiced cedar, Luxardo cherry and a warming of cinnamon create an appealing mouthfeel and flavor profile. A touch of tilled earth, sweet tobacco and mulling spices fit well into this balanced red.
