Patent Wines Sauvignon Blanc (2021)

Situated on the west side of Napa Valley, just south of the town Yountville, Miller Ranch is an old vineyard that sits flat on the valley floor. The Sauvignon Blanc planted here enjoys full days of sun, unshaded from the hillsides, and by design, the vineyard has a few Muscat vines sporadically intermingled amongst the rows making it truly unique.

Aromas of lemon/lime and honey suckle with a touch of vanilla and tropical notes. Lime zest and juicy acidity, ripe flavors linger on the palate. Finishes with a charming touch of nutmeg. Poultry and white pasta sauces, seafood, oysters on the half shell, any cooked vegetable all appear wonderful matches.
