Schloss Vollrads Riesling Kabinett (2020)

Elegance dedicated by white peach and a very faint hint of peach. This Riesling expresses the unique terroir of Schloss Vollrads. The subtle acidity keeps this fruity sweet Riesling refreshing and makes it a great companion for cuisine that is well seasoned with spices. The grapes are selected from the Schloss Vollrads site in a radius of just 500 meter around the Schloss Vollrads palace. The tradition of the Kabinett wines was founded in 1716 at Schloss Vollrads. Exceptionally good wines of a vintage were stored at that time in the "Cabinet" cellar.

Very delicious with spicy food, sweet and fruity desserts or goat cheese with honey.
