Grown on 55+ year old vines, this wine is flattering, rounded, and well-structured, with a nice minerality and a very expressive nose. Pairs well with roasted lobster and chicken breast.

92 Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy
Picked on the second day of harvest at 13%. Pale lemon colour with an elegant, stylish nose. Attractively perfumed with the lightest of peachy touches, a pyrazine behind, but then wafts through the peach and homey suckle. Delicious if less classic. Barrel Sample 90-92
