Yalumba was one of Viognier’s early champions Down Under, and while its everyday bottling isn’t mind-blowing, it’s nevertheless a solid and mouthwatering drop. It starts with peach and apple skin, with honey and florals in the picture as well. The palate is creamy and tangy, with bright fruit and crisp, lifted acidity and a spicy note on the finish.
