The 2019 Côtes Du Rhône will be a no-brainer purchase. This Syrah-heavy red has lots of blackberry, bouquet garni, and peppery notes in a ripe, full-bodied, textured style. It’s well worth buying and drinking over the coming 5-7 years.Barrel Sample: 90-92

Classic Rhone blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvedre. Aromas of plum, fig, and cherry with a note of tobacco and some peppery spice. Medium-full bodied, with medium acidity and some slightly drying tannins. Fruit notes are ripe and slightly raisin-y and there is a spicy hint on the finish. Enjoy with slow roasted meats.
