Based on notes of toast and a touch of vanilla, the nose opens up to a pleasing fruity-floral bouquet with nuances of white peach and hawthorn. This well-balanced, structured wine is long on the palate with a hint of sucrosity and gorgeous minerality. Ideal with fine fish or seafood, you can also serve this wine with white meats, poultry and full-flavoured cheeses.

This Meursault makes quite a statement. Bold nose of mirabelle and candied orange with a touch of toast, then an equally bold palate, in which the oak underlines the ample body, giving the wine an emphatic dryness that some may find a bit much, while other chardonnay fans will delight in it. Drink or hold.
