Château Pech de Jammes Malbec de Cahors 2018

Deep black colour with purple reflections. Its nose is intense, with notes of liquorice, spices and blackcurrant in a coherent and delicate whole. The palate is very delicate. The attack is frank, it is marked by flavours of black fruit compote, pepper and humus. The tannins are ripe, built more on length and balance than on thickness.

This wine will work wonders on your summer tables as an accompaniment to satay beef skewers, grilled lamb chops, half-cooked duck liver or an assortment of cheeses.
