The only estate in the Côtes de Provence AOP of the Alpes-Maritimes, our wines come from a clay-limestone terroir in an Alpine climate. The 2020 red was made in concrete vats and then aged in used barrels for one year. This wine received no additives other than small doses of sulfites and is neither filtered nor fined. It is a vintage that we like very much, as it suits our particular climate well. It has the freshness and finesse of the Alpine climate with a strongly present Mediterranean tannic structure.

Blend: 50% Syrah, 30% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
