The cooperative was created in 1963. Today nearly 90 winegrowers who represent 250 ha of vines are partners of the company. These vines are growing in all the villages and in the most beautiful terroir of the area: stony slopes of the hills which overlook the Loire River (longest river of France).
The wines are produced with the passion and know-how of the winemakers, showing the best and the variety of the Sancerre appellation: richness, aromatic intensity, finesse and balance. Leading producer of the AOC, nearly 2 million bottles leave the cellars every year for customers around the world.
Here the Sauvignon Blanc finds the ideal terroir to give its best. Fruity nose with crunchy white fruit aromas. Its vivacity reflects the Sancerre typicity with a lot of freshness. This wine pairs best with fish and seafood dishes, as well as goat cheese, fresh citrusy salads and vegetables.
92 Wine Enthusiast This wine is fresh and springy. Crisp green apple and crushed-shell aromas billow from the glass along with lemon rind. Citrus-spritzed green pear opens the palate that is buttressed by snappy acidity that pops in the glass.
90 Decanter Airy aromas of dried white flowers, sea salt, mandarin pith, and a note of salted lemon wedge. The palate is a touch austere, as a crushed chalk mouthfeel frames salty lemons, smoky flint and a ripe macerated nectarine note. Drinking Window: 2025 - 2030
