Rocco Pasetti was one of the first to champion the excellent Abruzzo white grape pecorino, and he's become a bit of an expert. Made from pure Pecorino native grapes. Thanks to cryo-maceration and resting in steel, the minerality and freshness of this wine are best preserved.
