92 Wine Advocate Fresh and elegant, the 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape offers up aromas of dark berries, orange peel, spices, fresh licorice and flowers. Medium- to full-bodied, velvety and enveloping, it’s well balanced, with a juicy mid-palate framed by sweet tannins, concluding with a long, gently ethereal finish.
92 Vinous 90-92 The 2021 is gentler and more elegant compared to the surrounding vintages. Swirling the glass unlocks pleasant spice box, licorice, ripe strawberry and black cherry elements. Medium-to full-bodied and refined, the 2021 finishes with good persistence.
92 Jeb Dunnuck 90-92 The 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape should also be outstanding, with attractive red and black fruits as well as some smoky, spicy, garrigue nuances. It's medium-bodied, has a supple, elegant mouthfeel, soft tannins, and outstanding length. It will keep for a solid decade.
