Debuting in 2012, Hanatoro makes the only wine entirely of fruit from the Octave Vineyard. Winemaker and owner of Va Piano Winery, Justin Wylie, stewards our wines through a gentle 20-month oak aging regimens in the very finest French Oak barrels from the Allier, Troncais and Nevers Forests of central France. We handle our wines in barrel with absolute minimal intervention, and we work hands on with each bottle to carefully blend and craft 200-300 cases of wine each year.
