La Chablisienne was established in 1923 by a group of winegrowers in Chablis under the leadership of Abbé Balitrand. This grower-owned cooperative is rooted in a pioneering spirit, creating pure wines of exquisite quality. Today, the
winery spans 270 winegrowing families and 1,200 hectares of superior vineyard holdings and is known for producing some of the top wines in Chablis. The winery is known for its distinct style and long “elevage” approach with a focus on
quality and expression, which delivers elegant cuvées known for their purity, energy, minerality and ageability.
