La Lastra is a small, family‑run organic estate rooted in San Gimignano and Siena, producing about 70,000 bottles a year with a focus on Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and a handful of classic Tuscan reds. Their wines are crafted from organically farmed vineyards split evenly between the two towns, and the style is all about clean varietal expression, freshness, and authenticity.

Medium intense straw yellow. The nose is complex bouquet characterized by floral, citrus, tropical and mineral notes. The palate has good structure, savory, mineral, fresh and persistent. Excellent with fish and white meat dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to appetizers.
