A blend of catarratto and grillo. Amber color. On the nose, intense, rich character typical of Marsala. The palate is dry, full, harmonic and fervent. Pairs perfectly with fruits and pastries as well as richly flavored foods such as blue cheese, parmesan, olives, and nuts. Also very handy to have in the kitchen for preparing a host of Italian desserts.
