In 2019 we hand-harvested our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes throughout the month of October. This slow, methodical harvest allows us to capture the complex spectrum of flavors that Cabernet Sauvignon is revered for: vibrant, dark cherry, brushy herbs, powerful tannins and full bodied fruit. We de-stemmed
the grapes and fermented them in stainless steel tanks. Only free run juice was used in this bottling,
and we aged it in 42% new French Oak barrels for 20 months before bottling.
The wine is vibrant and youthful, with a balance of dark fruit flavors, persistent and plush tannins and a cool, herbal tone.
Blend: 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot

This bottling, which includes 6% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec and 4% Petit Verdot, offers focused aromas of blackberry jam, dried herbs and a hint of wood. The palate is chalky with tannins, which hold the ripe berry flavors quite well against accents of white pepper and milk chocolate.

A well-balanced cabernet here showing fragrant currants, mineral and fine spices. Rather juicy with tight and chalky tannins that are fully interwoven with the fruit. Pretty long and bright finish.
