The palate has such depth and completeness and delivers such impressively fresh, deep and pure flavors of red to dark cherries. Silky and delicious pinot.

This block, replanted in 2000, includes clones 667 and 777. In this new vintage, the aromatics lean heavily toward herbal forest scents, and the fruit is lean as well, with pomegranate and wild red berries. There are further notes of chicken stock and orange rind, adding complexity and suggesting that additional bottle age will continue to improve the overall richness.
