The Bouzy Rouge Paul Bara is made from old vines more than 50 years old and enjoys perfect exposure, the grapes harvested manually are sorted by hand on a sorting table and only the ripest ones, and the healthiest are preserved.

The Bouzy Rouge is vinified in stainless steel vats until its fullness, it will make a sensation on a light grilled meat, a roast veal with herbs or ham.
