A textbook example of modern Provence rosé: pale pink color, youthful and vibrant, pure, lifted, expressive red fruit notes, strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and a slightly spicy note. Wonderful intensity, medium bodied, well textured, with good volume on the palate. Dry, and armed with plenty of acidity to keep it fresh on the palate with a long satisfying finish. 30% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 10% Rolle. Seriously well made!

Refreshing, succulent and well balanced. This has aromas of small berries, frozen raspberries and sweet spices. Medium body with bright acidity. There is a mineral character at the center and a delicious, bitter almond-like finish.

From the Côtes De Provence wine region, Up Ultimate Provence 2023 rosé is a dry, medium-bodied and juicy-fruit blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache grapes. Fresh and generous on the palate with wild raspberry, cherry, grapefruit zest, fine herb, white pepper flavours and mineral notes with zesty acidity to match, chill and enjoy it with salmon steaks from the grill. The Ultimate Provence estate is located 30 minutes from Saint-Tropez in a wild and natural environment on the edge of the Maures Nature Reserve. Drink: 2024 - 2026
