Vijariego Blanco is a very prominent grape variety that is only found in the Canary Islands, where it adapts to the microclimates of the islands. Due to its high acidity, we ferment and age our Vijariego Blanco in barrels to create the perfect creamy texture.
Precise and well-defined, with aromas of pear, vanilla and smoky nuances. Intense and energetic, with a delicious saltiness added to its vibrant acidity that makes our mouths water. It would be a perfect pairing with grilled fish or roast chicken.
