In 1896 the Willm family founded the Willm Estate. Thanks to the adventurous founder Emile Willm, the estate’s wines were the first from Alsace to be exported to the United States in the early 1930s. Their wines are celebrated for their blend freshness, minerality and elegance; they are synonymous with tradition, terroir, purity and refinement.
Willm's Reserve Pinot Blanc is dry, balanced, rich, focused, complex, and medium bodied with high natural acidity. The palate is silky, smooth giving flavors of Granny Smith apple, nectarine, pear, melon, citrus, tropical fruit, and white flowers leading to a delicious white pepper and macadamia nut finish. Great with spicy cuisine, fish, white meat, meat pies, or with soft, pungent cheeses.
