Produced by Zeni in the Valpolicella Classico zone of Veneto, Italy, this Amarone is made from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, hand‑selected from hilly vineyards. The grapes undergo a 4‑month appassimento (raisining) to concentrate sugars and flavors, followed by traditional skin fermentation and 20–25 days maceration
Deep ruby red with a garnet red tinge. Pervasive on the nose, with notes of vanilla and hints of cocoa and spices. Full-bodied, harmonic, pleasantly tannin-rich, with notes of vanilla. Recommended with red meat, braised meat, game and fermented cheese.
