Made from AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, in the Western part of the Provence region, almost exclusively from the estate’s vineyards. The vineyard on Provence’s volcanic slopes, situated at 800-1,000 feet, benefits from a Mediterranean climate with the Mistral wind, ensuring abundant sunshine and limited rainfall. Planted in unique soils, the blend of Rolle, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sémillon yields fresh, expressive wines with citrus notes from Rolle, tension from Sauvignon Blanc, and complexity from Sémillon. The palate offers generosity, balanced by the freshness of the high-altitude terroirs.
Beautiful light color with green and golden hues. Lively, ethereal nose with typical rolle aromas such as notes of lemon confit, ginger and a touch of exotic fruit. The palate is generous and balanced by the freshness of high-altitude terroirs. A finish that stretches out thanks to controlled tension revealing noble bitters.
Blend: 77% Rolle (Vermentino), 15% Sauvignon Blanc, 8% Semillon
