Dense ruby colour enriched by purple reflections typical of Pauillac. On the nose, it releases fresh and ripe nuances of black fruit. On the palate, fruity with sweet tannin and medium body, more juicy and fruit forward than complex, which can be reached over the next 5 years. Drink now or over the next 5-8 years but it can last for 15 years or more. Château Pibran is best served with all types of classic meat dishes, roasted, braised and grilled dishes. It's also good with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms and pasta.
Blend: 55% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon

Lots of blackberry and black currants character with dark tobacco and bark. Full body and chewy. Very well done. Needs a year or two to soften.
