Paul Hobbs partnered with Bertrand Gabriel Vigouroux to bring this label to life from the ancient soils of southwest France. Chalky and mouth-coating flavors of dried violets and mineral-rich earth invigorate the palate alongside notes of coffee, star anise, and tobacco that never turn harsh or weedy. Elegant and modern, with a seasoning of tarragon and plum skin and good grip on the finish.
