Domaine la Tour Vielle Banyuls (2008)

Being midway between fruity & grilled, it affirms characteristic of oxidation: prunes, coffee, Moka. It is a classic accompaniment for desserts of dark chocolate, but also perfect with blue cheeses (Fourme d'Ambert, Bleu d'Auvergne, Roquefort , Gorgonzola or the King of British cheeses - a good Stilton).
