Maison Louis Latour stands as one of Burgundy’s most esteemed négociant‑éléveurs, renowned not only for crafting exceptional Burgundian wines but also for pioneering high‑quality winemaking beyond the region in areas such as the Ardèche and Côteaux de Verdon. All estate-grown fruit is vinified and aged at the historic cuverie of Château Corton Grancey in Aloxe‑Corton—the first purpose‑built facility of its kind in France and still the oldest in operation—where a unique gravity‑flow railway system preserves purity by eliminating unnecessary pumping. Since 1985, wines from the family’s own vineyards have been bottled under the Domaine Louis Latour name. A longtime leader in environmentally responsible viticulture, the house has held ISO 14001 certification since 2003 and has been an active member of FARRE since 1998, underscoring its commitment to sustainable agricultural practices.
Louis Latour Beaune Blanc has a shiny pale yellow color. It develops a floral nose with notes of honeysuckle, hawthorn and vanilla. It has a fresh mouth with aromas of almond and a touch of lemon. The whole is expressed with a beautiful minerality at the end of the mouth.
