All estate-grown fruit is vinified and aged at the historic cuverie of Château Corton Grancey in Aloxe‑Corton—the first purpose‑built facility of its kind in France and still the oldest in operation—where a unique gravity‑flow railway system preserves purity by eliminating unnecessary pumping. Louis Latour Beaune Blanc has a shiny pale yellow color. It develops a floral nose with notes of honeysuckle, hawthorn and vanilla. It has a fresh mouth with aromas of almond and a touch of lemon. The whole is expressed with a beautiful minerality at the end of the mouth.
