Low yields, late picking and de-stemming characterise Ambroise's fabulous Cote de Nuits reds. An extended maceration period and aging in high capacity new oak barrels and foudres impart an impressive muscularity. Robust and full with great structure and length. An excellent partner to Duck, Goose and Game Birds.
