The vineyards of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune cover about 800 hectares spread over 30 communes. The terroir, in particular the climate, differs from the higher altitude of the vineyards, from 280 to 550 m, which leads to precise wines whose character is more and more sought after.
The 2020 Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune has a brilliant golden colour. It reveals aromas of lemon and white flowers. On the palate, we find a beautiful greediness accompanied by woody notes typical of its partial ageing in barrels.
