Crafted from select vineyards across Napa Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a rich and vibrant expression of the region. It captivates with an alluring bouquet of ripe blackberry and red cherry, complemented by floral and herbal notes such as dried rose petal and sage. The full-bodied wine offers an exquisite texture and layered depth on the palate, featuring flavors of juicy cassis, crushed rose, and chocolate. Its smooth finish, marked by soft tannins and lingering aromas, makes it a versatile pairing for various cuisines.
Blend: 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Malbec, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc
Aroma: Ripe blackberry, red cherry, dried rose petal, potpourri, sage, mint.
Taste: Juicy cassis, blackberry, red cherry, crushed red rose, tea leaf, chocolate.
Finish: Smooth and dry with soft tannins, lingering perfume of cassis, violet, and dark chocolate.
95 James Suckling This shows lots of perfumes, with blackcurrants, violets, licorice and tar. Full-bodied with chewy tannins and an underlying character of cedar, sandalwood and pine needles. The tannins are full and creamy, with a polished, velvety texture at the end. Delicious now, but better in three to five years, and beyond.
