Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine marked by the typicity of its place of origin, the Vinya del Llac, a vineyard over 40 years’ old, which allows us to obtain a structured, fresh and complex sparkling wine.
The Raventós i Blanc Blanc de Blancs is pale yellow with some greenish tinges. Well-defined aromas of citrus and white fruit, combined with some herbal remembrances, white flowers and fine lees. This blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Malvasia de Sitges has an elegant mineral background with some hints of dry fruit. Fresh and scintillating, this sparkler from Raventós i Blanc is well-balanced and more complex. There are some original salty notes, with a leesy remembrance, an excellent, steely acidity and a long finish.
Blend: 50% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeu, 15% Parellada, 5% Malvasia de Sitges
