Vintage Wine Cellars history goes back quite a bit farther than our 26+ years. It all started with Bronson Mela and his local chain of wine shops, the Imperial Chateau. Bronson and the Mela family started in Plant City produce, but Bronson's love of wine and business quickly took him across the Tampa Bay area where he opened several Imperial Chateau stores. Bronson would trade barbs with Bern Laxter over who got the best deal on what, and who found the most interesting wines. Over time, Bronson and his family moved on away from the Imperial Chateau and sons David and Jimmy took over and renamed their store to Vintage Wine Cellars.

It is in honor of those roots that we named our rewards program the Imperial Chateau Society.

Our rewards program gives us an opportunity to thank our best customers, to stay in touch, and to offer you special rewards, events, and pricing. As an Imperial Chateau Society member, you will earn points for your purchases online and in-store.

Registering is easy. Use these links to sign up using our mobile-optimized site on your phone or online on our website. You can always find your points balance under the My Account > Rewards page, or save the link you will be sent by text when you register by phone.

To earn or redeem points in the store, make sure you give us your name or cell phone number so we can look you up. Let us know you would like to use a reward before we take payment and we will be able to process it.

Online, look for the Reward button on the lower right of the  Cart page. Click it, and it will show you the reward you have available.

You earn points for signing up, for providing your birthday and contact information, and for purchases. You will earn 1 pt per dollar spent on most purchases online and in-store (some items - like the $99 case wines and in-store tasting events - do not earn points).

Rewards will change and evolve, but will always include discounts, a birthday surprise, free admissions to tasting events, special bottles and prizes.

When you have earned 3000pts, you will earn our VIP status. Among other benefits you will earn 1.5pts per dollar, invitations to special VIP events, first rights on limited allocation wines, discounts on the Imperial Chateau Society Wine Club (coming soon) and more.
